Populating your Website
To get you started, our professional web designers will create your pages with the content and images you supply (up to 20 pages created and 100 images added to the gallery).

           
We will also prepare your supplied, or newly commissioned (please see Graphics Boutique) photography and upload into the Homepage animation, and one generic Gallery.

 

Logo & Quality Award Symbols

Application of your logo and quality award symbols (it is assumed the logo artwork will be supplied, otherwise we are happy to provide an estimate for new design and artwork, for more information please see the Graphics Boutique).

 

Name & Colour Personalisation

Personalisation of the colour scheme and main name banner. We email you a pdf of the design mock-up for your approval, and carry out any fine-tuning before commencing with the set-up.

 

Movies          

Store up to a maximum of 10 movies in the database (individual limit of 15mb). Further storage capacity is available on request. Bespoke film presentations can be created by our recommended partner on request (please see the Graphics Boutique for more information).

 

Registration & Login        
Users can register as Parents, Students, Teachers or Governors and have a personalised profile. When visiting the website they are presented with the most relevant content (e.g. Parents are shown latest news and events which relate to their registered Year Group).

 

Password Secure Extranet        

Password secure areas, registered users have access to extranet pages, to access file sharing lists, etc.

 

Support        

We supply a comprehensive 'User Manual' and unlimited email and online support. Access to phone support is also available (premium rate number).

 

Training       
We provide a comprehensive training course to ensure that your staff are fully equipped to & refresher manage the website effectively. Attendance for one of your staff members per calendar year courses (as a refresher) is included (additional training is available on request).
